We will license use of the building to the school on weekdays from 9 am–3 pm. They serve 150+ kids ages 1.5–5 yrs, and we expect them to be a great community partner!

We hope to receive contributions by April 1st, but we will continue to receive gifts towards until the end of 2023.

We will not regularly talk about fundraising in worship, especially when guests are present. But we do believe this property will position us to reach more neighbors in LH for years to come.

Our long-term growth plan is to have multiple worship services. As such, expanding the Welcome Center and providing shaded outdoor gathering spaces will be even more important to facilitate flow and opportunities for conversations and connections between services.

Our staff will be able to office at the church, and we will use it for programs, as needed, during the week. Additionally, our storage and setup for Sunday worship will be significantly improved.

We expect to start construction at the beginning of the summer and to complete it before the end of the year. We believe we can continue to worship in the sanctuary and utilize much of the facility during that time.

The Grace leadership team will direct these funds towards additional improvements to the facility.
