planting roots in LH

Three years ago, we began dreaming about starting a new Jesus-centered, neighborhood church in Lake Highlands. We longed to see more of our neighbors find and follow Jesus. And we noticed that many who already knew Jesus were struggling to find a church home in the Lake Highlands neighborhood.

On Christmas Eve, 2021, we began worshipping in a church building at 10101 Walnut Hill, next door to Lake Highlands Junior High. In January 2023, we were able to purchase this property from Bethany Lutheran, the prior congregation. We believe this location will provide an excellent home for our mission right in the heart of Lake Highlands. And we plan to make some improvements to the facility, which can make it a more effective homebase from which to share the grace of Jesus with our neighbors.
